(The below are full prices once the foundation memberships have sold out)

  • Essential Membership (2 classes per week): $54 per week
  • Momentum Membership (3 classes per week): $64 per week
  • Elite Access Membership (Unlimited classes and Players Accident Insurance): $74 per week
  • Our Elite Access Membership includes Player Accident Insurance, providing coverage for trainingrelated injuries. This insurance does not replace private health or Medicare but helps with some non-Medicare covered treatments like Physio. (View full terms on website)
  • To cancel your membership, please provide 4 weeks’ written notice via email.
  • Your cancellation will be processed from the next Saturday after we receive your notice
  • Suspension for holiday, injury, sickness etc : Minimum 7 days, maximum 4 weeks at a time. A
    maximum of 3 months suspension per calendar year. Must be requested at least 1 week in
    advance.
  • Classes do not roll over week-to-week, but we encourage consistency in training.
  • We do not offer refunds for memberships, one-off classes, or products purchased.
  • However, you can cancel your membership with 4 weeks’ notice if you’re no longer able to
    continue.
  • Required: Boxing gloves (min. 10oz), hand wraps, and a large towel (available for rental for
    $7).
  • For certain classes (e.g., Kickboxing or Muay Thai), you will also need shin guards for pad
    work and sparring drills.
  • Yes! We sell high-quality training gear such as wraps, gloves, and shin guards. Prices vary
    based on the item.
  • Check the retail section for prices, or ask at the desk.
  • You can book classes on the Mindbody app up to 1 hour before the class start time.
  • Cancel your class at least 1 hour before to avoid a no-show charge (If you don’t cancel and
    don’t show up, it counts as a class for the week)
  • No-shows are treated as a class used.
  • After 3 no-shows in a month, there may be a $10 fee or a suspension of booking privileges.
  • Yes, you can transfer your membership to another person, but they must meet all eligibility
    requirements and pay any applicable fees.
  • Transfers are not allowed after the minimum commitment period (e.g., after 12 weeks for
    Foundation memberships).
  • You can upgrade your membership at any time—your new rate will apply from the next billing
    cycle.
  • To downgrade, give 30 days’ notice; it will take effect from the next billing cycle.
  • Downgrading is only available after completing your minimum term
